RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have past from the date of received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without confirmation, if this is done your request will not be processed.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, A full refund will be processed NOT including shipping fee will automatically be processed to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

If Refund is not received we advise that you contact your bank as delay can be expected depending on what bank you are with

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We DO NOT offer Exchange or Refunds for SALE ITEMS due to change of minds

DELIVERY TIME-FRAME

Sydney Based Areas can take up to 1-3 Working Days

Outside of Sydney Area can take up to 3-5 Working Days

International Deliveries can take up to 7-10 Working Days

All orders are dispatched via Australian Post, Tracking Confirmation is provided at the time order has been dispatched from our warehouse

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, Transit times may vary.

We recommend that all returns are sent via tracking option. Please provide this at the time your return is made to keep track with delivery updates. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
